8. U.S. GOVERNMENT END USERS.
The Covered Software is a "commercial item," as that term is

C.F.R. 252.227-7014(a)(1)) and "commercial computer software
documentation" as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212

transfer the Contribution of such Contributor, if any, in source code and
object code form. This patent license shall apply to the combination of
the Contribution and the Program if, at the time the Contribution is

c) Recipient understands that although each Contributor grants the

If Recipient institutes patent litigation against any entity (including a
