Reminder periods - CustomerID

Email and mobile changes have an expiration time, see Expiration periods. When the time expires, the change is cancelled. The properties in this page are used to control frequency for reminding users of an approaching expiration time.

The time duration specifies the interval how often the email will be repeated until either the related change is handled by the user or it has expired.

All configuration settings that represent time durations will be of the form 7d 13h 30m 15s, which means 7 days, 13 hours, 30 minutes, and 15 seconds. It is not necessary to specify all the components of the expression; for example, 5h 10s means 5 hours and 10 seconds.
