Problem


In the browser: Ticket Generation Error Ticket_Generation_Error

Solution

This can occur with Windows AP if properties format is chosen instead of XML format.


Fix

  1. change Methods → Windows → Format

  2. dropdown to XML

  3. click Activate

  4. copy XML to Windows AP programdata directory.
