Linux high availability setup - SSO

Installation steps

1. Install Ubisecure SSO and OpenLDAP as instructed in OpenLDAP clustering - SSO
2. Install and configure the Linux reverse proxy - SSO.
3. Start SSO in both nodes
4. Start reverse proxy
