Make sure that your firewall does not block traffic between these needed ports:
- Load Balancer to SSO Tomcat configured port, default port 8080
- Load Balancer to Accounting Service configured port, default port 8084
- Node 1 to Node 2 OpenLDAP configured port, default port 389
- Node 2 to Node 1 OpenLDAP configured port, default port 389
