Overview

The release notes summarizes important information you should be aware of before installing or upgrading Ubisecure CustomerID.

Supported Ubisecure SSO versions:

• 6.8.0 and later

System Requirements

The recommended minimum hardware requirements:

• Dual Core 2.x or equivalent
• 1 GB of memory
• 500 MB Storage for product components,
• Additional storage needed for log files
• TCP/IP
• Use of virtualized servers is supported. If Ubisecure SSO is installed on the same server, please combine the system requirements of both products.

Other system requirements:

• SSL server certificate
• PostgreSQL 9.4.0 or later
• Java JRE with Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files
  • Tested with: Oracle Java 8 update 121 64 bit Server JRE version

Supported Operating Systems

Following operating systems are supported in production environments:

• Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016
• RedHat Enterprise Linux, CentOS and Oracle Linux v6.x and v7.x

Supported Browsers

This release supports the following browsers:

• Internet Explorer for the desktop version 9 or newer
• Microsoft Edge 39 or newer
• Firefox 55 or newer
• Chrome 61 or newer
• Safari 10.1 or newer

Additional support may be agreed separately.

Use of this software requires a license. Licenses of third-party components are listed in detail in 3rd party licenses - CustomerID.

Known Issues

• CustomerID series 4 to series 5 migration does not work with pending mandates that are connected to yet non-existent organizations or users.
• The "New Organization" field in the "Open user applications" approval tab sometimes presents the status incorrectly.
• cert.cmd used during CustomerID installation fails at JAVA_HOME check.
  • As a workaround you can edit the script and remove the check.
