Management UI logging configuration - SSO

Ubisecure SSO provides configurable log levels for predefined Entry types explained in Diag log description, and some special logs like Audit log and Statistics log.

The log level used for each type can be set individually. Logging levels are read from the file system configuration at the server startup. Default logging levels may be overridden in Ubisecure SSO Management during runtime without requiring a server restart. The overridden levels are stored in Directory and thus they affect to all nodes in a clustered environment.

Figure 1: Logging view

Logging levels are overridden by selecting the server instance, the name of the logger and the logging level. After clicking Update, the list of overridden logging levels is updated. Default levels may be restored by selecting logging level Default for the logger.

In a typical setup, there is only one server instance which is referred as uas.

The purpose of different logs and how to view the log files is explained in detail in Logging - SSO and Log Viewer - SSO pages.
