Windows error "This app can't run on your PC"

Problem
During the installation of both SSO and CustomerID in Windows, you might come across the error “This app can’t run on your PC”
Solution
The origin of the problem is the java.exe file in %JRE_HOME%\bin directory.
- Check the file properties.
- If the file is corrupted, replace the file with a proper java.exe (for instance from %JRE_HOME%\jre directory)
