Problem
uas3_diag log shows error: protocol.saml2.TicketProtocolSAML2Exception: The requested application (was: 'agent') is invalid
The requested application is invalid
In newer versions the error message is: "The requested application is invalid". In older versions the error message was: "The requested agent is invalid".
Solution
This error typically indicates that no authentication methods have been enabled for the application, no allowed to groups have been set or the application is otherwise misconfigured. Review all application settings tabs. Tick the desired authentication methods from the methods tab and press Update.
