Overview

Ubisecure SSO 6.8 or newer can be configured to work as a SAML Identity Provider for SuccessFactors. SuccessFactors is a software-as-a-service product for monitoring and managing employee performance.

Once configured, users with a valid session are signed in to SuccessFactors transparently. Users without a valid session will be redirected to Ubisecure Authentication Server and requested to sign in. Any Ubisecure authentication method or federated identity can be used for login to SuccessFactors, provided that there is a corresponding user account provisioned in SuccessFactors. Provisioning can be done manually by an administrator or using APIs provided by SuccessFactors.

SuccessFactors will not allow logins using a successfactors password while Single Sign-On is enabled.

System Requirements

  • Ubisecure Authentication Server 6.8 or newer
  • Authentication Methods configured as required
  • Valid SuccessFactors account with Administrator rights
    • Ensure ownership of the domain has been verified in order to access all Google Apps applications
  • Contact information for support at SuccessFactors. Integration requires configuration at SuccessFactors.
