Configure suomi.fi authentication gateway settings

How do I make the configurations required by Suomi.fi authentication service? (also known as eSuomi.fi or APRO)

Step-by-step guide

1. Add MessageDigestSHA256 to the Method SAML tab to enable signing of AuthnRequest messages using RSAwithSHA256 algorithm.
2. Add IdpProxyDelegate to the Method SAML tab to prevent sending of downstream configuration (from which internal application the original AuthnRequest has come from)
3. Add SendAssertionConsumerServiceURL to the Method SAML tab to force sending of AssertionConsumerServiceURL element in the AuthnRequest. (Requires SSO 7.5)
